Product Purchases
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products once they have been purchased. This includes but is not limited to:
• Shampoos
• Conditioners
• Hair growth products
• Scalp treatments
• Hair care products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Hair, Wigs, and Hair System Purchases
For sanitary reasons, all hair purchases are final sale.
This includes:
• Wigs
• Hair systems
• Hair replacement units
• Hair toppers
• Hair extensions
Custom or special-order hair cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.
Consultation Fees
Consultation appointments are 30 minutes in length and are used to evaluate hair and scalp conditions and discuss service options.
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
Consultations are for evaluation purposes only and services will not be performed on the same day as the consultation.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Digital downloads
• Templates
• Guides
• Online training materials
• Educational resources
Once access to the digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Classes, Courses & Educational Programs
All purchases for classes, courses, webinars, and educational programs are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or webinar, you may be eligible to receive access to the recording or future training at the discretion of Everlasting Impressions Hair Restoration Clinic.
Failure to attend a class does not qualify for a refund.
Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Attempting to dispute or reverse valid charges for products, services, or digital materials that have already been delivered may be considered fraudulent.
