Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS.
At Everlasting Impressions Hair Restoration Clinic, every service, product, program, and purchase is final at the time of sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers under any circumstances. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or completing any transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS
Every service we perform is customized, hands-on, and delivered with Wilma's full personal expertise. Every product we sell is hygiene-sensitive and cannot be resold once it leaves our hands. Every wig, hair system, and custom order is specially sourced or fitted for you. This policy protects the integrity of our work, our products, and the experience of every client we serve.
SECTION 1
Services — Non-Refundable
All service fees are non-refundable. This applies to every service we offer without exception, including:
• Hair loss consultations
• Non-surgical hair replacement fittings and installations
• Hair system maintenance and adjustments
• Scalp treatments and scalp therapy sessions
• Protective styling services
• Wig fittings and styling
• Any other professional service performed at either location
Service fees are due at the time of your appointment and are non-refundable once your appointment has begun, been completed, or once you have been seen by Wilma or any member of our team.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Individual results vary based on hair loss type, severity, overall health, and personal compliance with aftercare instructions. Variation in results — even significant variation — does not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or dispute of any kind.
SECTION 2
Products — Non-Refundable
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on any products under any circumstances. This includes all products sold in clinic and through our online store:
• All Renowned by Wilma Gros branded products
• All Iridium branded products
• Nutrafol supplements and all other supplement brands
• BLOCK, GUARD, and DEFENSE hair vitality supplements
• Shampoos, conditioners, and styling products
• Hair serums, treatments, and scalp care products
• Bundles, kits, and combination products
• Clearance and sale items
Products are sold as-is. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged upon arrival from shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the claim at our discretion. This is the only circumstance under which any product-related consideration may be made — and it does not guarantee a resolution. All other product sales are fully final with zero exceptions.
SECTION 3
Wigs, Hair Systems & Custom Orders — Non-Refundable
All wig, hair system, hair replacement unit, hair topper, and hair extension purchases are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for any reason once a purchase has been made.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom or special-order wigs and hair systems are non-refundable and non-cancelable from the moment the order is placed with our supplier or manufacturer. By placing a custom order you confirm that you have reviewed and approved all specifications — color, texture, length, density, and base type. Changes requested after an order is submitted cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional fees with no refund of the original order amount.
NO EXCEPTIONS FOR WIGS OR HAIR SYSTEMS
Once a wig or hair system has been touched, tried on, fitted, cut, colored, or worn, it is yours permanently. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule regardless of circumstances.
SECTION 4
Digital Products — Non-Refundable
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable from the moment access is granted or the download link is delivered. This includes all digital downloads, templates, guides, educational materials, e-books, online training resources, and any other digital content sold through our website or delivered by any means.
SECTION 5
Classes, Courses & Educational Programs — Non-Refundable
All purchases for classes, courses, webinars, workshops, and educational programs are non-refundable. This applies regardless of attendance. Missing a class, course, or webinar — for any reason — does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer to another session.
In the event that Everlasting Impressions must cancel a scheduled class or program, registered participants will receive a credit toward a future session at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued even in this circumstance.
SECTION 6
Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations and reschedules. This policy exists out of respect for Wilma's time and for other clients who need appointments.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
No-Shows
Clients who do not appear for a scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged a no-show fee. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in permanent refusal of service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointment time due to late arrival.
SECTION 7
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing any purchase or booking with Everlasting Impressions Hair Restoration Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute for any valid charge — for services performed, products delivered, digital content accessed, or appointments completed — is considered fraudulent activity. We maintain complete records of all transactions, services rendered, and product deliveries. We will contest every chargeback with full documentation. Clients who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from all services at both locations.
SECTION 8
No Exceptions
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. NO STAFF MEMBER HAS AUTHORITY TO AUTHORIZE A REFUND.
This policy applies equally to all clients, all purchases, and all circumstances. The following situations do not qualify for a refund, credit, exchange, or any other consideration:
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Change of mind after purchase or after a service is performed
• Failure to follow recommended aftercare or care instructions
• Allergic reactions to products used as directed
• Results affected by undisclosed health conditions, medications, or lifestyle factors
• Personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts
• Relocation or inability to continue services
• Duplicate purchases made in error — contact us immediately and we will address at our sole discretion
• Any other circumstance not explicitly covered in this policy
Only Wilma Gros, as the owner of Everlasting Impressions Hair Restoration Clinic, has any authority to make a determination outside of this written policy. Any such determination is entirely at her sole discretion and does not set a precedent for future situations.

If you have a concern about your experience, we ask that you contact us directly before taking any other action. We genuinely care about every client and we will always listen — but our ability to resolve concerns is limited to the scope of this policy.
